There are many things society is afraid of and muscle ginkgo biloba leaf supplements are one of them. Why does people fear of them?

I once told a friend I was using some of them and he replied to me "No.. Stop or you will die!" and he actually meant that, he was serious. And by all means all the supplements are not even close to being toxic or something like that.

They are just add-ons for helping us build muscle mass faster, since we simply are not able to eat as much of the chosen supplement through the day. And some are those it is really hard to get from food but our body actually needs them like some amino-acids that are really hard to get into our food schedule. So there is nothing to be afraid of while consuming those.

Proteins are a very useful supplement and one of most popular ones, they will quickly result in you gaining some muscle mass. A good thing to do is to drink a lot of water while eating them since your body will be using a lot of energy to digest.

Creatine is also one of the most popular ones, it helps your body supply energy to muscle and nerve cells, if you eat around 3g per day as stated by EFSA (European Food Safety Authorities) creatine will not pose any threat and will only have positive effects. But if you consume up to 20g per day you should consume large amount of water since its side effect could result in dehydration due to increased muscular uptake from the rest of the body.

So to conclude, muscle building supplements are not harmful if you consume a lot of water and eat recommended quantity's of them.
